"Good Thoughts, Good Words, Good Deeds" are the underlying principles on which my parents brought us up. More often than not my father would say its easier said than done but thats what our religion teaches us. While I am not a religious person I honestly believe that with all the negativity out there in the world we could a little more positivity around us…. I tried and still am trying my level best to live up to those expectations set by my parents.  MORE OFTEN THAN NOT I FAIL AT THIS!!!!! Yes I said it! Its easier said than done…… But I still try… so you have to give me some credit.. cause every now and then I say to my self "Breath Xenia Breath… Be the Bigger Person!!!!" and it works most of the time… But sometimes when you have just about had enough I flair up in true Parsi Fashion……  This is true for our work place and personal lives. However, I feel the moral compass in the corporate world has just stopped working!!!! Your work colleagues are like

"ITS NOTHING PERSONAL, ITS JUST BUSINESS" How many times have we heard this in and around our work place. While this is true in most regards, this is also untrue. Semantically if you look at it, we work for an organisation, on assignments etc. and make it our own. We strive hard to make a mark for ourselves; for the relevant people to notice us. This is how we measure our success in a work environment. This in turn makes us loyal to the brand and gives us a sense of belonging. So my question to you is HOW IS THIS NOT PERSONAL. Thats you in a dossier!!!!! So I have been working in my field for a while now and I have picked up a few dos and don'ts along the way. Some of which is astonishingly based on common sense but often ignored due to ego plays between people. We all are aggressive at our work place but little do we realise that we still are dealing with human emotions. People get fired up, hurt, angry, de-motivated etc. because people say and do things they don'
